You’ll notice a lot of “indexed” classes, which were created to have a more competitive environment. Rather than have lower-attended classes, it creates a large field of people to compete against each other.<\/p>\n

If you are new to autocross, we highly recommend signing up in the Novice category. All novices are required to select an index class from any of the above categories. If an index class is not selected during pre-registration, one will be assigned to you when the run groups are finalized.<\/p>\n

Please note that cars that would normally be classed in SMP, P, or M categories will be assigned to Novice Street (NS)<\/strong>. NS does not appear under the Class dropdown menu on the registration page.<\/p>\n
