Class-Number Combo Updates

Since there is some downtime until Slush (still awaiting finalization from the powers-that-be), I decided to cleanup and fix any issues in the membership database. If you have the following issues, you need to check and post here: Bay Area Auto-X Member Cleanup Thread.
-You have multiple numbers in the same class
-You are currently in N-, NS-, or R1-
-Your car number is greater than 999
-You want to reserve a new class/number
-You want to let me know I can delete your entry
